By purchasing, accessing, or using ProfitProof, you agree to these Terms of Service.

ProfitProof Service
ProfitProof is a digital tool designed to help trading card collectors track their collections, purchases, sales, breaks, wax rips, costs, values, profits, losses, and related collection information.

Account Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

User-Entered Data
ProfitProof relies in part on information entered by users. You are responsible for the accuracy of the purchase prices, sale prices, card information, values, expenses, and other data you enter. Calculations and reports generated by ProfitProof depend on the information provided to the service.

Values and Financial Information
Values, profits, losses, return on investment, collection totals, and other calculations displayed by ProfitProof are provided for informational and record-keeping purposes. ProfitProof does not guarantee the current or future market value, sale price, profitability, or authenticity of any trading card or collectible.

ProfitProof does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, grading, or appraisal advice. Users are responsible for making their own purchasing, selling, tax, and financial decisions.

Subscriptions and Billing
Paid ProfitProof subscriptions renew according to the billing frequency selected at purchase unless canceled. Subscription pricing and billing terms are displayed before checkout.

You may cancel your subscription to prevent future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and does not result in a prorated refund.

Acceptable Use
You may not misuse ProfitProof, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another user's account, interfere with the operation or security of the service, or use ProfitProof for unlawful purposes.

Service Availability
We work to keep ProfitProof available and operating properly, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. Features may occasionally be changed, improved, suspended, or discontinued.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProfitProof will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the service, reliance on information displayed by the service, loss of data, or purchasing or selling decisions made using information recorded or calculated through ProfitProof.

Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ProfitProof after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
